The Buzz: July 2026

Friends, it is HOT out there! You know what else is HOT? All the activities in the hopper at Bee Sage! That’s right. You can count on the all the stalwarts of the past but there are brand new collaborations and classes coming up! We are SO excited to be able to present these unique experiences to our community.

First things first. We have baby goats! Violet and Selene gifted us with four beautiful kids at the end of June and early July.

Violet, ever the over achiever, graced us with three beautiful babies: two stunning doelings and a equally show stopping buckling. All are healthy, full of life and curiosity.

Selene experienced her very first kidding and presented us with a beautiful multicolored, spotted doeling.

We are delighted daily with the growth of these babes as they explore the world around them.

Interested in meeting these adorable new additions to Bee Sage? Join us for a session of goat yoga. August and September dates available for registration. Book now to secure your space! The goats are waiting to meet you!

Summer camps has been incredible. Not only have we been honored with the return of many first year campers but our attendance for our second year of camp exceeded our expectations. We are humbled by how many of you were willing to spread the word of our summer program and support us as we work through the challenges of creating something new and exciting for our youth.

We are listening to your suggestions such as longer camp hours, more details about daily activities, content inclusion, and so much more. We are collaborating with you through your feedback to create the very best programming we can offer for year three! Stay tuned! If you have not had an opportunity to let us know your thoughts, please drop us a note through the online form. Suggestions are welcome and every single one is given careful consideration.

This summer we launched a brand new series: Art on the Farm, a meditative art series. What an incredible way to find your center than to weave nature with art to soothe, calm and regulate emotional irregularities and reclaim your center.

An amazing artist, educator and lover of nature Laura was the missing piece to our desire to merge art with nature for creatives to learn a new modality of artistic expression and non-creatives the skills to explore where they have never explored before.

As a self-proclaimed non-artist, I can now create pieces that extend beyond stick figures and elementary shapes.

Truly remarkable. With her passion and love for the arts and nature Laura not only brought this dream to offer artists and nature lovers a space to explore and experience both but she brought a long-awaited dream into fruition.

Many thanks to Laura for her dedication to the arts, her love for nature preservation, passion for educating children and adults and for simply being a free spirit willing to join me on this adventure. We look forward to future collaborations in the future!
