About Bee Sage Farm

About the Owner

Hi! I am Erika, co-founder and owner of Bee Sage Farm. Thank you for taking a moment learning about who I am, what I do, and why.

Time is an invaluable currency. I am grateful you have been called to, stumbled upon, or referred to check out this ever-evolving space for community, connection, individual and collective healing, and a place to just rest your soul. Welcome.

My Background

I am an English literature Bachelor of Arts recipient as well as a Master of Business Administration graduate. I have spent time in small companies, as well as fortune 500 companies here in the Twin Cities. I am a wife, mother of four beautiful souls, a substitute teacher, and small business owner.

While I have accomplished the standard educational expectations, I engaged in and completed numerous trainings, classes, and retreats such as: reiki through the international center of reiki (ICRT) Karuna master level, as well as animal and kid reiki, energetic healing program through the School of Higher Consciousness through the advanced levels, herbalism with exposure to modalities such as tarot, astrology, channeling, mediumship, psychic development, akashic records, and so much more through a wide network of colleagues and professionals.

Bee Sage Farm is where I get to bring all these seemingly unrelated passions together to create a kaleidoscope of opportunities to meet you where you are, nothing more, nothing less.

How it all Came to Be

Bee Sage Farm (BSF) is the culmination of decades of personal growth, a lot of hard lessons, and seemingly unsurmountable challenges coupled with incredible support, curiosity that borders obsessive, and a fighting spirit.

My dream? Cultivating a safe space to embrace our ancestral traditions married to modern day science to promote a truly holistic lifestyle. Yin and yang.

From growing delicious food to raising animals and identifying plants for herbal remedies, BSF is a collective of small farmers raising delicious and nutritious food, as well as a home for spiritual practices that feed our soul and herbal remedies to gently support our bodies health and healing.

While I am nowhere near accomplishing even a fraction of my intention, I am meandering my way and collecting parts and pieces to add to this ever-evolving intension.

I invite you to peruse the pages and see what piques your interest. Perhaps it is an energy healing session. Maybe an herbal remedy. Curious minds and spirits will find classes to explore interests and abilities in a safe, supported, interactive environment. There is truly something here for everyone. Just know that as I continue to explore and grow so too will BSF.

Change is the only constant, and I welcome you to join me on this adventure.

A Message from Bee Sage Farm

Welcome to Bee Sage Farm—a place where history, heritage, and homesteading come together.

Our story begins over a century ago, when the original barn was built in 1914. Just two years later, the farmhouse was assembled from a Sears house kit—shipped by rail and pieced lovingly together by hand.

Though times have changed, the heart of our farm remains rooted in tradition. We’ve traded dairy cows for a joyful mix of goats, chickens, ducks, geese, dogs, and cats—all part of the living rhythm of our daily life. Our gardens are bursting with seasonal produce, and we use what we grow to feed our family and community. From hearty homemade meals to sweet baked goods, we believe food tastes best when it comes straight from the earth.

Our connection to the land goes beyond what’s on the table—we also craft herbal remedies and natural products using ingredients grown right here on the farm. It’s our way of honoring nature’s wisdom and offering something wholesome and real.

This farm was started to bring us back to our roots. It’s a place where hard work, family, and a deep love for the land come together every day. We’re so glad you’re here to be a part of it.

With love,

The Bee Sage Farm family
