Intuitive Healing

This is a collaborative process between you and Erika that includes a discussion of issues and concerns that you would like to address and best path forward.

The healing process may be a one-time appointment for a specific issue or an ongoing relationship to address more complex challenges where we delve into ancestral and past traumas affecting your current life expressions.

Introductory Sessions for First-Time Clients

Welcome to intuitive energy healing. This 2.5-3 hour energy session will serve as a collaboration between you and Erika to discuss and assess your concerns, intentions, and desires to determine the most optimal healing modalities for you.

Then, we will begin the work of bringing your spirit and energy into alignment for your highest and greatest good. Choose to partner for ongoing healing with 1-2 hour sessions for continued support.

Ancestral & Past-Life Healing

Release current, past, and ancestral patterns and barriers to live your life to the fullest. Your intentions for this healing session guide the work to be done and the issues to be healed and released.

Reiki

In early 2026, I visited Japan on a transformative reiki training retreat. Japan is the birthplace of the Usui lineage, which I practice.

Unfamiliar with reiki? Reiki is a meditative technique rooted in the thousands year old Japanese tradition promoting stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

A complimentary medicine, reiki opens energetic channels of the body for greater balance by removing energetic impediments and negative energetic influences increasing the flow of ki, the lifeforce of the body with the guidance of rei, the higher power or spirit.

It is simply a warm, gentle, safe method to greater energetic stability.

Due to the safety of this complimentary practice, this ancient healing is offered in many hospitals, and medical professionals may receive CEUs for reiki courses.
