Farm to Table: Just Dough It! | July 13-16 | Ages 10-12
Give your kids a productive, hands-on week on the farm! Our Summer Farm Camp is designed especially for explorers ages 10-12, blending hands-on learning with lots of outdoor fun. This week’s theme—Just Dough It!—invites campers to experience what happens to our ingredients after harvest... in the most delicious way!
Camp Activities
Each session offers a safe, nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged and every activity is tailored to young campers. July is the month of raspberries, garlic scapes, herbs, and so much more. Among these, your campers will get to experience:
Learning the craft of the breadsmith and getting to make their own artisan sourdough bread loaves
Taking the fruits of the earth and incorporating them into delicious sweet treats
Discovering the different timelines for different crops, and why different fruits and veggies are “in season” at different times of the year (and how to turn them into season-appropriate meals)
Enjoying age-appropriate crafts and farm-themed activities each day
Camp Schedule
This camp session runs from Monday, July 13 through Thursday, July 16.
For campers ages 10-12, camps are offered as all-day sessions.
What to Bring
To ensure your child is comfortable and ready for farm fun, please have them come prepared with:
Emergency, Waiver, and Media Release Forms (These will be emailed to you ahead of camp to print and fill out)
Weather-appropriate clothing and shoes that can get dirty
Your preferred sunscreen and bug spray
A water bottle, lunch, and snack of choice
Let your child experience the wonder of growing things, caring for animals, and making new friends on the farm. We can’t wait to welcome your camper!
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help our families plan with confidence, our refund policy for camp registrations is as follows:
Cancellations made 1 month or more before the start of camp: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations made between 3 weeks and 1 month before the start of camp: Eligible for a 25% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or less before the start of camp: No refund will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to beesagefarm@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
